At Revoir Curated, every order is handled with care - from the moment it leaves our hands to when it finds its place in your home.
Based in the Western Cape, we offer free shipping anywhere in South Africa.

Depending on your selection, items may arrive in separate deliveries - but we will always stay in touch before dispatch to ensure a seamless experience.

Premium White-Glove Service

For clients who prefer a complete delivery experience, we offer a premium white-glove assembly service (available in select areas, additional charges apply).
Up to five items may be assembled either at our depot or onsite) and carefully delivered ready to enjoy in your space.
This service excludes installation of chandeliers and pendants, which must be installed by a qualified electrician.
As part of our commitment to thoughtful living, all packaging materials are removed and responsibly recycled after installation.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our returns policy ensures a fair and transparent process.

Our Refund and Returns Policy applies within South Africa only. Please note that custom-made or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7-Day Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to cancel an online order before dispatch or return your item within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
A collection fee may apply depending on your area. Please notify us in writing at info@revoir.co.za

14-Day Policy for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our pieces, many of which are intentionally “Perfectly Imperfect.” Minor variations are part of their artisanal character.
If you receive an item that is genuinely faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please email us with photographs within 14 days of delivery at info@revoir.co.za
